We realize studies and simulations of dimensional tolerances chains for single components and for assemblies starting from 3D CAD models to verify:

• the correctness of dimensional variability ranges of mechanical components applied by the designer;
• the mechanical and kinematic functionality of complex mechanical parts according to the application of different dimensional tolerances;
• the correct assembly procedure;
• the mechanical and kinematic functionality of complex mechanical parts according to the application of different dimensional tolerances and considering the contribute of dimensional variations due to thermal and/or structural operating loads.

For that purpose our technicians use a specific software: Siemens Team Center VSA, integrated by different strategies to apply dimensional tolerance fields in accordance with the common international design standards (GD&T, ISO, etc.).
