We are able to provide from scratch failure mode and effects analysis, FMEA, related to the design (DFMEA) or to the manufacturing process (PFMEA) of complex mechanical systems. Depending on the failure analysis we can produce and manage design verification plans and reports (DVP&R) and subsequent design validation (DV) and process validation (PV), counting on the significant experiences matured in contexts characterized by high standards of quality and safety (such as the automotive branch).
